Administrative Division
The Administrative Division is responsible for report preservation, report computer entries, report distributions, filing, dispersing requested reports, warrant preservation, NCIC/GCIC entries and removals, civil process document preservation, telephone routing, mail routing, fax routing, personnel records, payroll disbursements, receipts, invoicing, and budgeting
Criminal Investigations Division
The Investigations Division is responsible for investigating all crimes against people and property, gang intelligence, internal investigations, monitoring sexual offenders, interviewing victims, interviewing witnesses, interrogating offenders, gathering and preserving evidence, obtaining warrants, obtaining search warrants, cooperating with State and Federal agencies, arresting offenders, and assisting in the prosecution of criminal offenses.
Correctional Division
The Correctional Division is responsible for the intake, booking, processing, classification, housing, welfare, visitation, transportation, bonding, and release of inmates
Courtroom Security Division
The Courtroom Security Division is responsible for the security of all courts: State Court, Superior Court, Magistrate Court, and Juvenile Court.
Narcotics Investigations Division
The Narcotics Division is responsible for the observation, investigation, apprehension, and prosecution of all people who violate Georgia controlled substance laws
Patrol Division
The Patrol Division is responsible for responding to dispatched calls, protecting people, protecting property, securing crime scenes, school resource education, judicial security, serving civil papers, serving warrants, arresting offenders, transporting offenders, escorting, directing traffic, and traffic enforcement.
